The MAC team scored more than there opponent?
Not to mention EMU scaring the bejeezus out of everyone in Spartan Stadium.

A satisfying MAC weekend.
Not to jump to conclusions, but wondering if the MAC's Sagarins will finally rise above C-USA after this week's results.
In common?

They were all won by West division teams!
Bingo.
Dang. BSU missed a slew of tackles and the lead goes back to USF.

Come on, Cards. Let's get it going now.
C'mon Balls, get 'er done!
Balls got it done!

The MAC is 4-2 against the BCS this weekend with only Akron at Tennessee to play.

nice.

I tell all of the EMU fans that we have a very tough schedule and having to play all of the MAC West is no day at the beach.
Poking through the MAC schedules, it looks like Toledo, WMU, NIU and Ball State should all be able to do enough damage in MAC play to hit 7 wins. Central Michigan may get there as well.

The MAC may be looking at placing 7 schools in bowls this year with the non-conference performance their having and with all the schools on probation. That would be amazing if the MAC could go like 5-2 in bowl games.

Speaking of Ball State, should they be picking up votes in the polls for knocking of the BCS 2 straight weeks? They just might in the AP poll.

+Ohio
If Akron could take down the Vols it would be an incredible day. Unlike Zip fans, I root for all MAC schools in non-conference.

True. Ohio is very strong maybe the best in the MAC after 4 weeks.

If we have to deal with how pathetic the West is during basketball season you can deal with the East being weaker overall in football! 
Its also nice to see MAC get some home games against AQ teams and win. Our record against AQ teams is not so bad considering almost all are on the road. Today was unusual in that we had 3 at home and even better, we swept them.

Two good weekends in a row for non conference games.

Thanks MAC for taking the edge off of BG's lack of performance, at least for me.

Yeh yeh yeh I know AQ is not the correct terminology.......you know what I mean (us vs them).
Toledo's in a close game still against Coastal Carolina. Up 17-14 halfway through 2nd quarter.
CHImPS, BROwNCOwS, Doggie-Stylers, Ball-Em-On-All-Fours, and even the HURONators (pushed the gangbangers from East Landfill) for three quarters. Very nice day for the MAC, indeed!02-13-banana
Akron is tied 10 up!COGS
Congrats MAC!!!
Well played!!!!!!
