Which website should I use to get game updates on my phone?

I don't know about WatchESPN, but I would say ESPN.com is a great tracker for the game.

If you have access you can watch the game live via the Watch ESPN app

I might still be driving home for the first few minutes. Better program Coastal Carolina's radio station in to the iphone so I can listen in my car.

Why not just stream 1370 on ur fone? I don't have an iPhone but it streams perfectly on my 4g android.

We've been over this in other topics... 1370 (and the other affiliates) block the web stream or replace it with filler during UT football games and the coach's show. They're trying to force everyone into using RocketVision it seems.
