Missouri is going to announce later today in which conference its wrestling team will compete (no other SEC team has wrestling).

I've seen several people on Twitter say Missouri is going to bring its wrestling program to the MAC.

Well, someone has to knock off CMU. Oh, wait, Dan Enos has already done that!

I'm excited for the additions. 3 top 35 schools last year adding to Kent, Central and Ohio.

MAC Adds Three Affiliates

This has just transformed MAC wrestling from being a respected league to one of the elites! Probably jumps them up to #3, with a chance to sometimes land at #2.

The all sport strategy here to make the MAC a top tier Olympic sport conference is going to seal the stability if the MAC.

Several of these sports are going in the right direction.

Apparently Old Dominion also needs a place to put its field hockey team. The MAC only has six field hockey teams, so don't be surprised if ODU joins for field hockey as well.
