Which do you like more, College or NFL football? I'm always curious to see which is the most popular.
College doesn't even have a real championship. Half of the teams are ineligible for the title game before the season starts due to their conference affiliation - like a caste system. It's completely un-American.

Also, it's just brutal to watch a college game now, because it seems like every third play gets reviewed. They need a challenge system more like the NFL so it doesn't slow the game down so much.

Why? What good would it do when a commissioner can suspend a player for something that wasn't even called or flagged in the damn game? We lost our #1 safety, Trae Elston, for the Texas game. Our weakness in the Texas game? Secondary. Wonder how much Texas boosters paid Slive.
I love the college replay system and wish the NFL would switch to that system.

I'd also love a true playoff in college... but in terms of game to game interest, college is MUCH better than the NFL. I do enjoy the NFL as well, however.

That happens in the NFL, too. I actually thought you were talking about the Saints suspensions when I first read it. I think it would have taken more than a good safety to sway that game.

The usual college system of coaches suspending players only for cupcake games isn't exactly a good one either.

Not saying we'd have won, but it would have been a helluva lot closer than 66-31. Our D-Line didn't play that bad but they were picking our secondary apart like crazy. Wallace's 3 INT's didn't help, but I'll blame that on his lack of experience with big teams. He'll do fine.
the NFL is the only pro league that can hold my interest on a game by game basis

But college is still more exciting. (even as a Duke fan!)

Your weakness during the Texas game? Being Ole Miss.
I'm definitely more interested in the NFL. Give me the best vs. the best.
Week to week, I like the NFL better because of the skill. College can be more 'fun' to watch because of the real stylistic differences between two teams.
Each has pros and cons, but they usually are on on different days so we get to enjoy BOTH! WOOT!
I enjoy College more, but at least the NFL keeps me interested.

You're an ECU fan. Might want to redirect your fire, or misfire. I'd be more than happy to compare our two histories.

...unless you'd like to do a little research. Have at it:

I only watch NFL when there is NOTHING else on or when forced at a bar.

I'd rather watch a MAC game than a NFL game. I'd rather watch a SOCON game than a NFL game. Yes, I'd even rather watch a Big South or Ohio Valley Conference game than a NFL game.

History's a great thing to have. But presently, Ole Miss is as relevant in the SEC race as the Toronto Argonauts.

so basically you'd rather watch a high school game
I've seen some real barn burners among HS games in the last couple of years, swoosh. Many of 'em are quite a bit better than any number of games I've seen broadcast on TV...
College over the NFL, especially if I am going to a game. Just too many drunks, foul language, and losers at NFL games.
