Never been much of a MAC follower so i was wondering if you guys know if the MAC plans to stay at 13 or add another team to get to 14 and if they are adding a 14th team or talking about it who are the teams suggested/being talked about?

That pretty much describes it. At this point we have no clue.
We have been in negotiations with Notre Dame for quite some time. They within our foot print and are a natural fit to be rivals with Western.
Okay, when I say that we are in negotiations I mean...............err......we call them and.......um......well, in short, they never pick up or return our calls.
The MAC office has been very clear on this in interviews and in press releases. It has already been determined that we will either go to 14 teams, go back to 12, or stay at 13. There is a lesser chance we could go to 15 or 11.
'Nuff sed...
It could be within 6 months or years from now.
Whoever we add will probably be from the western hemisphere.

Sure, Axe, just ignore the clear signals that the MAC will divide into 5 divisions (Winners, Champions, Studs, Polltoppers and the East) of 7 teams each. Believe me, I know and I could post more that I know but my inside sources who are very close to the MAC administration, if you know what I mean, have asked me to not release anymore.
