  1. Louisville (1-0) - W vs Kentucky SEC
  2. Cincinnati (0-0) - NO GAME
  3. Rutgers (1-0)- W vs Tulane C-USA
  4. Connecticut (1-0) - W vs Massachusetts MAC
  5. USF (1-0) - W vs Chattanooga FCS
  6. Temple (1-0) - W vs Villanova FCS
  7. Syracuse (0-1) - L vs Northwestern B1G
  8. Pittsburgh (0-1) - L vs Youngstown State FCS

My general rule for these is I always put teams that beat "FBS" opponents in Week 1 over wins against "FCS" opponents.
Tier One: Louisville

Tier Two: UConn, USF, Rutgers, Temple, Syracuse

Tier googolplex: Pittsburgh

Not ranked: Cincinnati.
I'll take my shot

1. Louisville
2. Syracuse
3. Connecticut
4. USF
5. Temple
6. Rutgers
7. Team-that-shall-not-be-named

Can't argue with the OP, but if UConn beats NC State ... watch out for the Huskies.
If tonight's game applied...Cincinnati has an FBS win and a conference win...and I would have them as #1 in my power rankings because of that.
I would still have Louisville #1. They looked in mid-season form in week one while UC has quite a few places they need to clean up some mistakes.
I think Temple is underrated this season. Our O-line did better than expected and although it was against Nova, they returned most of their starters and that game was their Super Bowl. I've watched most of the Big East games so far and Temple will definitely be able to compete. Question is how far our lack of depth gets us...but if the players get energized enough there could be more than one upset. I think Temple is better than Syracuse and Pitt...just a bit below Rutgers and UConn. Will have difficulty against Cincy, USF, and UofL. Then again it's too early to officially make these determinations.
