If the 25 year lease payments from Comcast are enough to cover financing and operating costs....we have a deal!

But not construction? Which they appear to want the city to flip the bill on.

I would say... you build it and you only have to sign a 20 year lease!

I noticed they said nothing about an NBA team... it was all about an arena. Is this going to be a repeat of all the times a pro team was suppose to come but it fell through.

Yes, because we found out today that noone either has any money or is willing to spend it. They want us to loan the 400 million and then all these fantastic things will happen, like the Maloofs will ride in and save the day and Madonna and Spongebob Squarepants will sell out the 18,500 seat Luukker Center.

I was excited, but viewed today as a joke. Maybe I've become too skeptical, but the Comcast, Live Nation group had nothing.
