It all gets down to leadership. Good leaders put those under & around them in a position to succeed. I think we've got better leadership at the top than in the past to make it happen

I once heard a disgruntled co-worker tell one of his supervisors several years ago something I never forgot when she made an unfavorable mention about his attitude...His response: "attitude is a reflection of leadership!"

Both on the field and on the sidelines and I don't think it's coincidental.
