Since there is a small influx of Pitt fans I'll restart this. Tell the crowd how/why you became a Pitt fan and so on.
Just to give yinz a lil tour right quick. While I recommend not heading over there but there is a Conference Realignment board here for CR discussions/rumors and you name it. Its usually a cesspool, but its a decent place to talk to fans of several different fanbases sometimes. The ACC board is a great place to talk ACC sports in general, and meet up w/ fans of several different ACC schools. The most prominent ACC fanbase seems to be VT fans but there are several fans from different schools there. While yes we don't have a political board, but for those that want to talk politics check out the Spin Room. If enough people wants a political board here, I can get a subforum as soon as I can. Yes we're still in the Big East for about 11 months but I'd stay as far away from that board as humanly possible. We're Public Enemy #1 over there.
For Recruiting/Pro Sports topics there are 2 separate subforums here. When there is a commit, its cool to post a new thread in the regular forum but don't be offended if its moved to the recruiting forum after X amount of days.
PSU threads. I'd rather keep Nitter topics to an absolute minimum. But this is an unprecedented time and its nearly impossible not to talk about this scandal. There is a PSU merged thread, but if something completely new develops and is worth its own thread, feel free to start one. We'll discuss the issue over X amount of days and I'll merge it w/ the super thread in time.
Rules... I like to keep things as free flowing as humanly possible. I really don't care about swearing at all. I tend to drop an eff bomb myself. The one thing I mostly give a sh*t about is personal attacks. Treat others as you want to be treated is my motto. We all have different opinions, and sometimes we just may feel the other dude is a complete dumbf*ck but present your opinion w/out calling dude a retard or whatever.
