I can't see how people can stand up and insist people like this should be given Constitutional justice, I didn't serve in the military for the rights of people like this guy.

yes you did...and moreover, you don't get to decide why you served...you served America...nothing more, nothing less.
this guy will get his day in court...and a jury of his peers will decide his fate...i've been at jury duty all day today at the cook convention center...there is a reason the system works like it does.
