The word I'd pick to describe the new uniforms.... at least from the first pic, is generic.
Good thing we design plays better than uniforms.
I liked the Mike Harris / Jason McKrieth era uniforms.

Very true! I said all last year he was the loudest guy in the gym.
Of course, if we had more fans in seats, we could make it harder to hear him.
I was out of town for last year's pre-Holidays matinee game where the Tudor is filled with screaming grade school kids, but I suspect it was not so easy to hear him that day. It would be nice to have that without the screaming 2nd graders.

Well this is our 1 recruit so far since the larger Josh Hall reopened his recruiting. I dont see a problem with having several 6'3 PGs on the team. If this is the only one we sign for 2016 we will have 3 (2 current freshman and this 1 recruit).
Ako is a 3* with offers from Charlotte and Depaul
In case anyone is confused, Ako Adams announced his commitment to Rice 4 days ago and we already discussed it a little. Then we got sidetracked with a discussion of uniforms. Rice only has 1 2016 basketball commit right now. Assuming no one transfers or graduates early, Rice has 3 total spots for 2016 (2 currently open spots plus one vacated when Guercy graduates), then 2 spots for 2017 (Jackson and Drone graduating).

No worries. I was mostly pointing this out because Walt seemed to think we had multiple point guard recruits, when we only have 1. I'm with Walt though, would love to see Rice get more size.
