What a fall from grace from Iowa to Miaimi assistant to NAIA.

I thought he would have been a candidate for the EMU job and then the Miami job and then.... an NAIA school.

Wonder how he ended up there?
You're late with that bulletin, dude - posted on "mac coaches...where are they now?" thread two days ago.

Care to share with us when first moon landing will take place, Lloyd?

Play nice.

I'm sure SHE did not see the other thread.

BTW, I believe the poster has stated this publicly but she is a former MAC athlete.
Lickliter still gets paid by Iowa for one more year. He owns a house in Indianapolis and his wife works there ( a lawyer , I think, but I don't remember for sure). Lickliter's son also played at Marian for a short time, and Marian's retiring longtime coach was a good friend of Lickliter.
Coaching an NAIA team is better than coaching no team at all.

Pays better, too.

And as DICK noted Iowa is apparently paying him to not coach them for one more year, too.

Good for Lickliter.

Blame the heat. EMUTrack is a great poster who was a MAC athlete.
I found out about it last Friday through the track coach at the college I work at, which is an NAIA school. I would have heard it from our basketball coach, but he has a new baby boy and is in and out of the office. Marian has been doing a major house cleaning down there. They just got a new AD and canned the longtime track coach of 36 years. Todd's got one more kid going through there right now.

Hoople, chill out. I haven't been on for the last 2-3 months due to work.
