I'll repeat what BCS source told SN last week: potential revenue for stand alone BCS NCG is "astronomical"
The goal is to make the BCS NCG -- if it's called that -- a Super Bowl of sorts. A true stand alone game with advertising, marketing, etc.
BCS source tells SN the Nat Champ Game bid separately from the semifinals every year of TV contract. No more rotation among BCS bowls.
