Just turned it on start of the 3rd and it made me sick to see Butler and Paul in the huddle. Still can't believe it
Me neither. I want the Spurs to punish their flopping asses.
The Spurs are looking really good right now. They look like a totally different team from the one we played last year.
Spurs are probably happy they got the Clippers instead of the Grizzlies

As much as I cheer for the Grizz, I really don't think it would have mattered.
Clippers AND Spurs? I think all that flopping is going to wear a groove in the floor.
Glad we could wear down the Clips for the Spurs......

Trust me it would have mattered. Our inside game would have given the spurs trouble. Clippers have no advantage in this series where we would have had an advantage inside

I don't know, I think we might've stolen one game but I think it would've been a short series. Spurs are playing on a whole other level right now.
If the grizzlies made it to this series spurs would have won in 6. Grizzlies would have won 2 at home. Yea the spurs are playing great but the clippers don't have the inside game the grizz have.
Tim Duncan is MUCH better than the Tim Duncan of last year.

Let's go Celtics and Spurs!
the Grizz are very sloppy at ball handling. It was never more evident than in game 1, where they had that huge lead, and pi$$ed it away.
I am not knocking them, but lots of times when they would try to pass the ball to Marc Gasol, he would act like it was a hot potato that he wasn't ready to catch.
I was not watching it.

Flipped to it sometime in the 4th quarter.

The sequence went like this- Ginobli drives the lane, throws arms out pleading to the referees...LAC then drive the lane, Duncan gets a rebound, then while play moves on he bugeyes the referees incredulously for not getting a foul call.

Then I changed the channel.

The current makeup of the San Antonio do nothing but whine and bug eye have helped make much of the NBA absolutely unwatchable.

Hey- we are not sexy but we win. Yeah. The cumulative effect of a decade of bug eyed whining.
These spurs are fun to watch...you need to watch the entire game. It's a very good offensive team with good 3 point shooters in rookies Green, Leonard and vets Jackson and Ginobli. Their ball movement is crisp and they are tough defensively. Fun team...probably the Team to beat!

I agree the Spurs whine too much. Most people say the picture that goes with Tim Duncan when he is elected to the Hall of Fame will be him with his hands out wondering why he was called for a foul.
GO SPURS!!!!!!!!!!
This isn't the 1999, 2003, 2005 or 2007 Spurs all of whom were very boring to watch. They are the highest scoring team in the NBA and are legit 10 deep with the 11 and 12 man being serviceable as well. I love watching them pass when they get into a rhythm.

Some of y'alls obsession with Duncan is hilarious. Take the blinders off and you will see every team in the NBA has players that do "The look" Just part of the game. Gasol and Randolph are the Grizz biggest offenders. Kobe, Shaq, Durant, Pierce, Lebron, Wade, everybody does it. Part of the game. Hell Will Barton has it down pat. Get over it.

Duncan does it more than anybody in the league. For once I just want to see him admit that he actually fouled somebody. I swear he believes he never fouls and if you deny that you are just blind to it.
Kpig, I agree that Zbo and Marc do it...no denying that. But there are some guys that do it way way way more than anyone else in the league. Duncan is one of those. Just like Flake Griffin gets hit in the face every play, Duncan's hands go up every play.

It is what it is.
