I dont drink. But this guy should be working out somewhere trying to get himself into the Nba or some league overseas. Not drinking and getting arrested. Its a shame that he was blessed with the talent he has instead of someone that would have actually did something with the talent

Most quintessentially Spoon thing ever and perfect way to cap off his time here. His whole career he's acted like a moron and played underwhelmingly while having the attitude that he could do what he wanted and play how he wanted because he was WW and was going to play in the NBA regardless. Fitting that he gets arrested on a stupid charge the night of graduation because he didn't listen to the cops and likely felt like he didn't have to because he's WW and they wouldn't actually arrest him or anything.
Just like many other things in his career, not too serious but dumb, certainly avoidable and caused solely by his immature, selfish self.
Must have needed street cred.

If the events are correctly described in the police report, no sober human being would act that way - especially outside a club at 4:30 in the morning. When the police tell you to move out of the way, you better move the heck out of the way. It's not a huge deal, not the worst crime in the world. Just dumb and likely the result of extreme drunkness.
