Hosting an ACC tournament isn't out of the question. Before you spend all that money on a Carrier type dome you should confirm what the ACC tournament will look like. Once the ACC brass hears my idea about a 4-team pod system with the winner of the regular season from each pod hosting a 4-team playoff, the winner going on to the ACC tourney at a neutral site.... it may not make sense to play in a football stadium.
The ACC won't admit it but the local press wasn't too impressed with Atlanta this year.
Not exactly promoting a Carrier Dome... More thinking along the lines of Lucas Oil Stadium in Indy... Seating Capacity of around 70K.

Kinda doubt Consol can hold a Wrestlemania, and Final 4. Most Final 4's are held in Dome Stadiums, and Wrestlemania's are now held in stadiums that hold more than 65K. I think Heinz could potentially hold one, but w/ Pittsburgh's weather during April it potentially could get T'Stormed out.
