I would not have guessed that the CAA would be the biggest casualty of realignment. VCU and GMU being rumored to the A-10, Charlotte to the SBC or the Alliance, and now Georgia State to the SBC as well.

I won't believe the VCU/GMU rumors until they actually happen.

Ga St. to the Sunbelt has been a no brainer since they started football. Ideally, that will be the only CAA loss but if VCU and GMU go A10 the conference will end up as the American East 2.0

yeah, Ga St to the SBC has been one of the biggest locks in all of this. Only thing that would have stopped it is if they had gone to the alliance.

I hope W&M goes and knocks on the Patriot League's door.

Charlotte is not in the CAA.
