Looks like Chris Johnson has been tearing it up at 3B for the Houston Astros this spring thus far!

G 14, AB 44, R 6, H 14, 2B 5, HR 4, RBI 8, batting .318

They cut Paredes so I guess he looks to be the starter.

Unfortunately Brian Bocock looks like he was moved down from the Blue Jays, despite his pretty good spring.

Any other ASUN alums on MLB rosters?

UCF A-Sun era catcher Drew Butera looks set to be Joe Mauer's backup again. Light hitter, but he's an excellent defensive catcher and game caller.

And it looks like the White Sox are moving FGCU product Chris Sale to the rotation. Not unexpected...kid can pitch.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what Sale can do this year. I'm expecting some big games here and there.
