Best of luck against the Lady Longhorns.

So, in Appalachia, what are the women's teams called? Mountainettes? Hey, I really don't know!
The women's team is called the Mountaineers. We don't see the need to distinguish between the sexes. It's visibly obvious...
The Mountaineers down the Lady Longhorns 68-55... 04-rock
Good game! Good luck in the next round to the Female Mountaineers!

04-cheers
BTW, the TCU Horned Frogs (men's team) won their first round game against Wis. Milwaukee and will take on Ore. State in Oregon in the second round of the CBI Tourney.

(hey, I'm not exactly sure what CBI stands for but it's been a while since our men's team played in any post season tourney so wel'l take it)

Its a worthless tourney if you asked me. I see 0 advantages for Pitt to play in this. :muttering:

Well, it might be worthless for a program like Pitt but for TCU it was extra games and extra practice for the young players we have coming back next year. The way things have been around our basketball program we need to accent whatever success we can get. We haven't had a decent team since we had a young player named Jamie Dixon on our team. 04-cheers Just kidding, of course.
If I had been in charge at Pitt, I'd have turned down the CBI...
