I think they should all be banned from the sport permanently.

Are not athletes taught and conditioned that "it's all about competition and winning?" IMO, it’s an easy jump to the next level of competition and being the best. I heard it stated that this competition was/is based on CLEAN hits.

I completely agree. This should not happen at any level. These jokers shouldn't be allowed to coach at any level.
