they're a blowing,,,,,,be careful y'all
Chattanooga got hit pretty hard. I have a feeling this will be one hectic weather season. Hoping for the best.
Two went just North of my home here including one that took the same track as the F5 from last April which is about 1/4 mile from me. A friend of mine just finished rebuilding and moved in about a month ago. There home was hit again this morning and is a total loss. No fatalities today though.
I was reading about Limestone County's prison that got hit. We are bracing ourselves down here in Birmingham getting ready for the next round in about 30 minutes.

We are fine. That lightning is between you and I, as it's in and around Gadsden. Thanks for asking, glad y'all are ok up there.

There is 1 more line that is looking to hit us, coming up from Tuscaloosa right now.

Started around noon today. Still hearing thunder. According to the local news, no deaths and only 8 injuries here in Chattanooga. The worst stuff is to the south and southwest of us. Hope everyone stays safe.
One of my daughters sent me a pic of golf ball size hail in Nashville. You all be careful. Neil, you guys be careful. I'm afraid also that it will be a bad weather season this spring.

I was [and still am] on Signal Mountain during the storm, and me and the grand kids took shelter in the basement.
Glad you all are safe. I hope and pray we do not have a repeat of the last two springs.
We still have various groups (church, college, etc..) coming here to help with the rebuilding efforts from last April. The work groups came back Thursday with wallboard mud and paint on them. This weekend they were taking chainsaws with them. This group is from PA and West Virginia and seeing the storms up close was an eye opening experience to say the least. One group actually watched and took pictures of one Tornado as it passed within about 3/4 of a mile from them.
