Who won? MAC site doesn't have the finals yet- looks like UT clinched before the last event but I can' get any confirmation of that. Akron (m) and Kent(w) took the track titles with UT second on the women's side. Big day for Rocket sports if they did in fact win the MAC in swimming.
Just posted that UT edged OU for the title.
Buffalo finished fourth and Brittney Kuras named the Top Swimming of the Tournament.
Miami third and UT's Coach was COY for swimmers, Eastern's COY for divers.

Men's MACs are next weekend. Buffalo ended EMU's dominance last year and are looking for their second straight conference title.
EMU has won 60 straight dual MAC meets, but from what I heard Eastern Michigan refused to put Buffalo on their schedule this year in fears they would end the streak.

EMU has won 60 straight dual MAC meets, but from what I heard Eastern Michigan refused to put Buffalo on their schedule this year in fears they would end the streak.
My daughter's coach in jr high went to Buffalo to swim-they have had a pretty good men's program for awhile, I believe.

Our coach is unbelievable in Andy Bashor... He coaches both the men's and women's teams and has turned them both around.. We are lucky to still be holding on to him...He has been MAC Coach of the Year on the men's side three straight years.
