UC is made too many 3's to be up just 2, really need to get the ball inside to Yancy. Oh and Siva is pretty damn good and I wouldn't mind if Chane didn't de-commit from Cincinnati

Man I watched that UCF game last night, and I'm comparing that game to this UC/UL game. All i can say is UCF better start recruiting some studs to stay on the court in the BEast. Whole different level.

This is THE WORST officiated game that I have ever seen, PERIOD. The Refs totally missed everything, fouls, intentional fouls, travels, feet on the line. They missed everything.

At least they were terrible for both sides, IMO.

Cats win. HUGE hurdle cleared in order to dance. Beat USF and Nova and I think we may be there.

Frustrating game but congrats to Cincy. Shooting covers many flaws and that is the story tonight. Kuric and Chris Smith are two seniors who combine to score 24 a game on average. They were a combined 0-15 from the field, missing countless open shots.

They missed a bunch of travels.

Is UC 8-0 vs Louisville in Bball and Football, in the last 8 games?

It was pretty bad. A lot of players are going to be sore after this one.

It's a rivalry and they let them play....

I agree the officating sucked but something about playing UC at the Shoe...seems like we say this a lot in regards to officials

You can't "let them play" on one possession and then call Gates for sneezing on the next.

They had no control of the game at all. Missed so many travels on both teams, questionable calls on the inside and then a UL guy gets dragged to the ground and they call a travel. John Cahil never fails to disappoint

Pitino is blasting the officials on his post game show - more about their 'arrogance', although he questioned a lot of calls.

But calls were bad both ways in this game. Gates was mugged on several shots with no call. On Dixon's dunk he was clearly fouled too and it was not called. When Parker got hurt he was tackled/mugged by the UofL big guy.

Cincinnati has 3 top 25 RPI wins (2 on the road) and 2 more top 50 wins at home. They are 5-3 vs the RPI top 50 and now are 10-5 in the Big East. If the season ended today UC wouldn't be on the bubble. The problem is they still have more games to to play.

As Bounce reported on the UC page..

UC has 5 wins vs RPI top 35....the entire "Final Four In" has 6 between them...

I'm beginning to feel confident, but I wouldn't mind an insurance win in Tampa one bit.
