I have sources that say that Tulane met with UNT officials to share with them the Tulane attendance math. Since Apogee is a desolate place on a Saturday during a home game much like the Superdome, Tulane has given in good faith their secret to always reporting 20k in the seats while only having 2k.

Tulane U is very aware of the North Texas Mean Green, though. After all, we spent 4 Decembers in a row (2001-2004) in Green Wave Country as the SBC's host team at the New Orleans Bowl. Most if the Big Easy locals were impressed how many traveling Mean Green fans we took on a weeknight 13 hours away from the DFW Metroplex.

GMG!

You people have one good season in football, great game day crowds, and now you're talking trash about UNT's attendance? Listen up, I've been to the last six games between ULL and North Texas in Lafayette, and five of those games had less than 10K in attendance. So don't knock UNT's attendance. We've done very well in attendance, given our W/L records.

We own the majority of all the attendance records. Until North Texas can say that...you don't have much of a leg to stand on.

The jealousy is strong in this one.

I love how one good season out of TEN makes people so arrogant.

ULaLa'ers you had my respect for a little while, but I'm slowly moving towards a lack of respect again after reading these forums and the way people act after making one bowl. Outrageous.
How will I live? How will I ever survive without the soft green glow of Mean Greenie love? How will I ever forget the way you dominated this conference...even though it was almost a decade ago? How will I ever forget Todd Dodge? I don't know if I can make it without mean green love...but I will press on. Got to take it one day at a time. Stay strong...stay strong.

Todd who? Gosh, he gave the rest of you the Sun Belt championships on a silver platter. Yes, he was that bad of a coach.05-mafia
And we thank you mightily for all the W's.
NM, Good luck next season.
