5 hour energy?
seeing a ton of ads for it now making it look like a miracle tonic. At like 3 bucks a pop it seems a little expensive to market for everyday use (I'm obviously not one of the latte folks). Is it addictive? I see store handing out free bottles, looks like they are trying to get people strung out.
I'm a Monster energy drink addict.
It works for me like coffee works for other people.
I tried it once before, b. Didn't sit well in the old gut.

I use it a couple times a year usually when climbing into a tree stand a couple hours before sunrise during bow season when I need to stay alert.
Its mostly amino acids with a jigawat of B vitamins. Has some caffine in it but not that much. Nothing to get strung out on.
Actually works, IMO. I much prefer coffee, though. Its just more convenient when I am off the grid.

Damn Chatter, I'm 26 and never touch this crap. I had a red bull once before a high school summer league game. I swear I was on the verge of a heart attack. My heart was pounding through my chest. I was all over the court though. I think it's funny that it is ok for kids to pound "energy" drinks like they are water but weed is an absolute no-no. This world is crazy.
Do they still make those energy drinks / alcoholic beverages? What a crazy combination that is.

If you just want the caffeine from 5 Hour energy, just go to your local pharmacy and buy a bottle of caffeine pills. Your cost will be about 3 cents a pop. In other words, it is approximately 1% the cost of the drink. On the other hand, if you truly love throwing away your money...

Good idea, I think I will start doing this actually. Maybe crush it up and put it in some OJ in the morning. Since I hate coffee and I feel like a college freshman drinking energy drinks.

good call. crack's more of a "i'm so hungover and i've really got to kick ass at this project for work" type thing. maybe that's more in the meth field, but i'm through and through a crack guy

I drink 5hr energy...works well for me. Gives energy without feeling jitters.
