We Already have five running backs on the roster. Rhodes, price,Gibson,Valentine, and Harris. So we are deep at RB. I think the only way we sign one is he's exceptional. I think our major needs are OL,DB, and DL.

He doesn't run a 4.4 40. He's got some spead, but he aint a 4.4 guy
I think the only running back we take is Jovon Robinson. Doubt it happens, but if it does he is immediately in the top 2 of the depth chart.
Dawson is being recruited as a RB/ATH. Had a RB on a visit this weekend, kid named Parks..

Devin Parks, committed to Houston (looks like he committed to the old staff). Rated a 3 star by Rivals, I think a 2 star by Scout.

I think most SEC schools want him at CB but he wants to play offense. I think no matter if we get him or he goes to he SEC he's gonna end up as a lockdown corner/punt returned.

He does run a 4.4 40. Atleast he did at the all-star game practices. He was the best RB there that week. Better than Robinson, Dawson, Kimbrough etc...

Well sometimes coaches ask a player not to commit publicly because that causes attention and other schools take notice and come after the kid. If the kid is as good as you say that might be the situation.

Are you touting this kid on Volchat too?

TNRob?

Genesy is not a 4.4 back. He is 4.75 at best. There is a reason Robinson, Kimbrough and Dawson are being chased by the big boys. Not slamming the kid, just being honest.
There's a difference between track speed & game speed! My son ran a 4.46 40 @ Bethel University but in High School and/or College I saw him chase down receivers & running backs that timed faster than him. Now he's a Marine in Afghanistan so I hope his speed helps him ALOT more! Btw, he still has 3yrs eligibility left so when he gets out I hope he considers playing ball again.

I'll remember him in my prayers and hope for his safe return. I am ex Army myself and appreciate what you son volunteered to do for his country. You must be very proud of him.
