Got an offer from Miss State

http://www.cdispatch.com/msusports/artic...?aid=14849

Also heard he might be visiting Texas
Although I would like to land Bo, if we get Jacob Karam, we will be just fine at QB for the foreseeable future.
Ole Miss is involved, though it's a weird situation IMHO.
Need clarification of the "staff may have contact with recruits who have been admitted for mid-year enrollment". It doesn't say eligible for admission but have been admitted.

Agreed. This would solve our need for 2 years. Will also allow CJF to groom Will Gross and recruit additional QBs for his system.
I feel Karam is the best fit for now. A redshirt year followed by a 3rd string year with great focus on development and intense studying of Fuente's system by Gross and we will be set at QB for at least the next 5 years.
Not saying posters are wrong, but I think we need to let guys prove something first before we claim we are set for the next 5 years. I'm just as hopeful as you are though!
Roland Genesey getting increased attention from Ole Miss. Going to harder for the Tigers to land him.

Karam ain't coming here to sit. If they tell him that he'll go to Houston or UTEP.

I think you read that wrong. Anyway, Karam wouldn't sit here IMO and he will be visiting this weekend. I think he will be a Tiger, because so far, Fuente has been able to close out really well with recruits once they are on campus. If he doesn't end up here, I wish him the best and I will still be happy.

Not arguing the fact that Fuente signed a large % of the JUCO visitors. But don't you think that has to do with the fact that none of them had anywhere close to a better offer than Memphis? Not saying we won't get Karam, but he has an offer from Houston. Not saying we could never beat them out, but that's a different battle.

Karam visiting this weekend? Wish he could have been at the Tiger/vol game tonight to see Tiger nation at its best and to see the standing ovation DeAngelo got when he was introduced at mid court. Awesome.

Be here tomorrow . Yea that would have been cool just to see the fan support and appreciation for current and former players. I really have a good feelings about landing this kid. He seems really high on Fuente.
Bo now has an offer from Texas. Usually Mack Brown offers in person during the visit. To offer before is unusual but Texas does need a QB. Rumor is McCoy will transfer so it will be Ash and 2 freshmen for Bo to compete with.
Wow he really blew up, should have taken this kid out of high school.
Wallace is visiting Texas next week. Brown and Harsin want him bad.

I thought it was Gilbert that was transferring...

Bo is visiting MSU today and will make his decision on Wednesday....i'm pretty optimistic about our chances, he says he has always wanted to play in the SEC

Case McCoy isnt going anywhere. It'll be Ash, Case, and Connor Brewer he'd have to battle for the starting job. Brewer will eventually be the starter at some point next season if Wallace doesnt get the job or goes somewhere else.

2 words that make me think it won't be MSU. Tyler Russell. He's a future stud in the SEC. Bo is one of those guys who thinks he should play from the start.
