Which FBS Conference (other than the MAC) do you like the MOST?

I'm probably going to get killed since this is a MAC board but i got to go with the Big 10. All excellent academic schools that maintain some respect for the past while looking towards the future.
I voted for the Mountain West, mainly due to the fact we are usually competitive with their nationally recognized teams and their fans tend to respect us (at least grudgingly).
For an AQ league, I'd also go for the Big Ten (excluding their fans). Most of their schools have indeed worked in the MAC on the football scene, even on occasion scheduling games at MAC stadiums. (On the other hand, they have seemed to quit playing at MAC basketball arenas. It used to be relatively common.) They also need to guarantee a team to the Pizza Bowl each year. Just commit one.
I went with the Mountain West. They created a good product and had success in multiple sports until recently when their best teams left. If those teams would have stayed i think they deserved a spot in the AQ. Next year they will become the WAC minus Boise St. They went downhill easily.
PAC-12 because of all the great universities and beautiful weather in that conference.

Same, even though Florida has always been my #2 school. I like B10 football and I like that they're all great schools. I dont like the SEC brand of football and the fact that football is treated above what the universities stand for.
It's a 10-way tie for last.

You say that because their refs haven't been cheating you out of touchdowns since the dawn of time. I personally hope Sandusky puts Penn State out of business.
Big East for me, followed by SEC. I like the history of the BE and that it's viewed as an underdog. SEC second because college football in the South is just something else...
I put MWC as it was a good conference that didn't get enough credit. Too bad they couldn't have stuck together with their better teams.
I was always raised a SEC fan since my parents both graduated from the University of Florida. So the house was full of Gator fans and we never watched pro football.
I know it’s not the best conference, but its my favorite, and that’s the Big East. I think the football is a bit over rated at times, but what drew me to it was basketball. I was a little kid when it started and I gre up with the great Georgetown, St John, and Villanova battles. I will always have a place in my heart for the Big East.
Biased: SBC! Unbiased: Big East, then Big 12. Big East is an amazing basketball conference (this year) and the Big 12 is just something else!
I went with MWC, because they have been underrated and have shown the BCS boyz a thing or two over the years. When they go into that Alliance conference mess, I won't be so enamored of them.
I like the MWC then the Big 10. MWC is a tremendous hoops league, currently ranked 4th in all of college basketball by Sagarin ahead of the acc,sec & Big 12. They've also had terrific success in football against the AQ conferences.
Although they are taking another hit this year losing TCU & Boise State they are picking up Hawaii, Fresno State and Nevada from the WAC. Nevada went bowling again this year and game CUSA champ USM a great game. Fresno has hired the D coordinator of Texas A&M who usually plays strong D which has been Fresno's downfall lately and Hawaii has been to a BCS bowl.
Wyoming had a true Freshman QB this year and was bowl eligible which is darn near a miracle, Air Force was pesky again this year as well. Despite their losses the MWC will bounce back. Admire the Big 10 because they at least put some emphasis on academics and aren't all 100% whores to their athletic departments like some of the other AQ conferences.
Also admire the Big East, they actually have a great bowl record since the dawn of the BCS and despite losing WVA, Pitt & Syracuse along with TCU making another switch; they are picking up Boise State, San Diego State(great hoops, rising football, great baseball) Houston(who stomped PSU in their bowl), UCF(largest university in the Southeastern US) , SMU(bowling again this year) and eventually Navy. Pretty good replacements. Also a great hoops conference.

I will say I understand all the fans of the Big East, and what I realized last nite was how much I deplore the ACC. All they've done is poach the Big East, and make a bigger unsuccessful conference. Hell, you could argue they were better before their poaching.
I'm to the point where I really dislike the ACC.
