Yep. This is a good hire. Probably the hire we should have made last year (twice) but for whatever reason didn't.

Let's see what the new staff is going to be and how this will affect recruiting.
Hopefully he'll stay longer than one season. I like him, hopefully he can get the Panthers back to winning ways and keep the team going to bowl games, and eventually the BCS.
