I figure we will be a seven seed and Kentucky a two; with Louisville also possibly a two who will
not be in our bracket. That would make it a one in three chance of us being on collision course with Kentucky if we both win our first games.
That would be one ugly collision. :eek:

Yeah it would be nice to play them when we have one of our better teams.
I wish we were more consistent but we do pose problems for our opponents. On a given day we can defeat anybody in the tournament. It would be nice to continue the string of Conference USA teams eliminating UK.
The only team I would root for UK to beat might be XU. It would be a coin toss between the two to be honest. The arrogance of the typical UK fan is extremely tough to deal with. When I lived in Lexington, I went up to a co-worker of mine and asked him if he would admit that another team was better than UK if that team beat UK and he could not say yes. Win or lose, UK fans think Kentucky is the best team. When they lose, it's not because the other team is better. It's the refs, the arena, UK had a bad day...you name it.
Question for you all: Why do UK and U of L fans when they do cheers only spell Cats or Cards? Because they aren't smart enough to spell the entire mascot name.
I would root for just about any team against UK. Because of that very reason, their fans are total a holes.
Now if it was between UK and OSU (which of course won't happen with OSU not making the tournament and we know now that they wouldn't have even if they hadn't slapped their own wrist with probation), it woudl be a tough call. I dislike both of their fans.
I would root for XU over UK definitely.
