Yesterday we had our annual Todd Jones Christmas baseball camp at Pell City. We had several ex college and MLB players leading the camp but the reason I am posting this is because of our speaker to the kids. It was Coach Ron Polk form MSU,UGA and now a volunteer coach with the Blazers! I was not aware he was working with the UAB, but he is a great man with a tremendous knowledge that has to a be a major asset to the program.

Yeah, he's been a volunteer coach for, I think, two years now.

If you are a baseball guy, it's a no brainer to buy his baseball book. Coach Polk has probably forgotten more about baseball than most will ever know. He's a brilliant coach.
