I think UC shocks everyone and makes a run to the Elite 8,with Souley and Patzwald leading the way. :D
OK,seriously,will any CUSA team make a run this year?
I don't see any team escaping the first weekend.
Really looking back at CUSA this year, I would have to agree. No team really stands out.
The more I look at UC, it's a miracle we won 24 games. And then for Louisville to be proud of beating us (barely) just shows that they really have nothing to brag about because we suck. Memphis is average, and Charlotte, Depaul, and UAB are average.
None of these teams stands out where you expect them to go very far.
I thought alot of Louisville last year and Xavier completely dismantled them and Louisville was cold from 3 point land and COULD DO NOTHING ELSE. And believe me, I was hoping they'd beat Xavier and they embarrassed themselves. Louisville is not much better this year. They are hot right now, but I see it cooling down. And Garcia is the most overrated player in the conference plus he's soft as jello.
I just don't see any CUSA team doing much. If they do, it will be a blessing.
