They should and must beat roosevelt univ. They probably will win a couple mac games at home. I do not see this team winning a road game this year. I had said they would have 3-5 wins before season started and of course the experts said I was stupid! Now, of course those same experts keep making excuses for every loss.

SIU might be worse than NIU this year, both Roosevelt and SIU are winnable games.
It's really really hard to go winless in basketball. They'll luck into at least a few wins, and maybe earn a few more. Unless they give up.

All we have to do to get in the NCAA tournament is win 5 games in the MAC Tournament! The regular season is just practice.
I think that the team is improving but lacks confidence. They played with DePaul for the first half and fell way behind in a HORRIBLE 3 minute stretch, then played with them again for most of the remainder of the game.
When you have no confidence it is difficult to win close games or to come back when you get behind. When this team gets a win under their belt their confidence will improve and it can/will feed on itself. I believe that we will win some games this year, be a competitive team next year and a dangerous team in year three of the MM era.
