I went to the MAC hoop stats and found EXACTLY what I thought I'd find.

http://www.mac-sports.com/portals/20/MAC...nfldrs.htm

Very poor scoring team. Good defensive team. Only Lampley in top 30 scorers. Dead last in 3-point shooting percentage. Dead last in assists.

No EMU player in top 20 rebounders.

Harris doing well in blocked shots.

None of this is a surprise.

Few offensive weapons. Team is winning some games based on their zone defense. I might add that the good teams are solving the zone and then it is 'lights out' for us. 05-nono

Riley should further help in the interior defense (shot blocking). I'd like to see what kind of rebounder he is and also his moves around the hoop.

Assume we'll know more Dec 20.

Bryant and Harrison need to be instant offense next year.
Agree with your points, lousy shooting team with anemic FG percentages.

P.S. Who will run this team next year??

Need a PG or 2 or maybe a PG and a combo guard.

I'm not sure any need to worry about next year, except PG.

Harper and Sims need to get it done.

Thompson, Harrison are skilled SG.

Bryant is a very skilled SF.

Riley, is hopefully a very skilled C.

Harris has some PF skills and needs to take his game to the next level. Maybe a good team around him might help?

As of today, we do have a good nucleus of players for next year.
