GAME IS ON TV, BIG TEN CHANNEL AT 4PM EST. HOPE WE ARE COMPETITIVE.
More interesting than the game will be listening to the commentators for anything said regarding Riley's status.

Yes!
Looks like a little B10 home cookin. The refs are horrid.
Down 7 at the half. Not bad.

Purdue has struggled to get into a groove offensively, but they are a great defensive team. They've stretched us out and we haven't been able to set up an offense on most possessions. Our outside shots are falling, though...hopefully it stays that way in the 2nd half.
Second Half was embarassing with only a ttl of 14 points scored by EMU.

Ramsey sure left the cubbard bare - program needs players and lots of them.
Dear Friends,
Well Eastern really played badly the second half. Missed free throws, bad shots, not making shots. I know Purdue is better than us, but if Eastern played a better second half, we may have only lost by about fifteen points, instead of twenty-five. I do like that 2-3 zone. Even though the game ended in a loss, I think the zone really kept Purdue off balance.

helps to cover holes but can't help the offense. When playing zone fast breaks are hard to come by.
