NOT BAD - The mystery is will he become an EMU Hoopster? No release published to date? reason? You would think the staff would like to blow their horn, apparently not, MUMS the word
So the question if he comes to EMU how will those Div II JUCO stats translate into Div I basketball? Is he better than his freshman year at Providence where I believe he averaged 2 points a game? And hopefully he's using better personal judgement.

Harper played in the same JUCO league and had impressive stats there. So far that hasn't translated well his first year at EMU.
Good point. You never know about JUCO's, personally I'm not a real JUCO fan. Harper has been dissapointing so far. Still?? He was a 3 star recruit out of HS.

The transfers (Harrison, Bryant, Riley) all played for big programs BUT their stats aren't anything to get reall excited about.

I've watched all including Harper play this summer/fall in open gym and they all semed like players that will contribute. I thought for sure that Harper was a steal, shows you what I know. Informal pick up games are deceiving.

Dennis deserves a star for that observation.

In pick up games the small names try to show the big names.

It can be college kids vs. NBA or a D-II kid vs a D-I kid or whatever.

Some bring their 'A' game; others bring their 'B' game.

NOW this is different than watching a SCRIMMAGE where both teams bring their games...
