Interesting match up. Glad to see Pitt get that extra game for practice.
Yep. The extra practices are going to really help. Unfortunately it looks like we are going to be without some of our coaching staff. I hope that doesn't hurt us in recruiting as well.
Considering that Pitt had very little control over its final destination, this is likely the best possible outcome. Fortunately for us, ESPN likes Pitt and it appears a lot of effort went into securing a better "name" than WKU, FIU or even Marshall. Though SMU is far from a world beater, it at least has a historically rich past in FB performance. It makes the game easier to get excited for.

Agreed. SMU should at least pose some sort of challenge. I wouldn't really think Marshall, WKU, or FIU would be a good matchup at all.

I can agree with this. I think its a great matchup. I'm not totally up for SMU but they do beat the other options.
