UCF and Kent State finished the season both at 5-7. If UL and FIU hadn't won those 2 games, then FIU and WKU would be fighting with 2 more teams in the At Large pool today. The chances are higher for at large bids for WKU and FIU today because of those wins. We all need to remember that when our teams are playing OOC early in the season.
It seems like the SBC had a good season in OOC. What's the final numbers? Of course TROY didn't help, but at least we beat UAB.

It's a great time to be a Sun Belt Conference fan! 04-cheers

Yall did help, FAU helped today too. We had a great year OOC, hopefully next year will be even better, but I think that will depend on if UL, ASU, and FIU can hold on to their coaches. I'd say WKU as well, but I think Taggert is there unless an unimaginable offer comes because that's his alma mater where he played.
I know FIU was 3–1 in OOC this season

I'll make a note of it, and it will show in my play on the field next year.

Including a big win over a Louisville team that finished 7-5.
I wish TROY would take a note from FIU when it comes to scheduling OOC games. Four great games and as good as FIU was at the time, winnable. TROY is to busy getting large checks and having their rears handed to them by the SEC...

I can't remember the last time we've done better than 2-2 in OOC.
FIU's schedule was poopy.
27-17 over Akron... Obviously not helping them during the season because they lost 3 games in the league.

Well they did beat a 7-5 Louisville team didn't they. How about you ? Any notable OC wins vs AQ opponents ?
FIU being fully healthy, if they get into a bowl game, they will beat the S#% out of someone.
