He comes to UWM less than two weeks removed from his second straight NCAA Division III championship and fourth overall. Last week, he received his fourth coach of the year award from the National Association of Basketball Coaches. Among the conditions Ryan and chancellor Nancy Zimpher agreed to was to put more emphasis on recruiting players from Milwaukee and the rest of the state.
