The Class of 2015 has a lot to gain from the OCS. They haven't been subjected to season after season Neil and Legion Field. The OCS could kick off their senior year and will be a huge bonus for student life.
I am hoping that something is being organized on campus. Freshmen have an opportunity here to take a stand for their school very early into their college career. If about 200 students rolled into Tuscaloosa on Thursday that would make an impact that UAB should have its interests fairly represented.
However, as alums (and future alums) the OCS is just as important. We need to keep our efforts up to make sure everyone is aware that this is not a flash in the pan. #freeuab
