Surprised he got away with it as long as he did......

http://www.claimsjournal.com/news/southc...193968.htm
all he did was provide links, the same links that can nowadays can be found on nfl message board on sunday. perhaps all of the sites owners(official team pages so I guess team owners) should be on trial with him.
I'm sure the $90K profits he made didn't help matters.
Yeah, I had the same thoughts as Shrakkrocket until I saw he was making bank off it. That's a no no.
if he charged for it, which he didn't. the money came through ads.
Did he show anything that was restricted and intended by the originators to be paid for? If he was showing streams that were open access, it shouldn't be a problem, much like sites like gawker that gather stuff that is readily available for free access and put it together on one site. But if he was finding ways to show things that he clearly knew were not intended for free distribution, well...

If I write a book, someone can not come along and republish it themselves and sell it for their own profit, even if that profit comes just from advertising.
It was like Napster. Everyone knew it was illegal or should be, but we did it anyway until it was shut down. Stupid to think they could get away with it for that long.

And to think Mark Cuban made his fortune providing audio to sporting games.
This man was an American hero in my opinion. I spent many nights watching college hoops and many Sundays watching Steelers games thanks to his efforts.
