Screw the first ammendment and judicial ethics!

He is suing saying the the SBAL lie about his position:
Quote:Now there are lots of things said by outside interest groups during the heat of political campaigns that turn out to be untrue. What the Susan B. Anthony List said about the so-called pro-life Democrats who gave Obama the votes he needed to pass healthcare just doesn't happen to be one of them.

The judge should have recused himself:
Quote:What is equally curious, however, is why Judge Black has allowed the case to move forward and why he did not recuse himself from it since, as Barbara Hollingsworth reported Friday in The Washington Examiner, he apparently is the former president and director of the Planned Parenthood Association of Cincinnati. As seeming conflicts of interest go this one is a real humdinger.

Is it fair to question Black's ability to be impartial if he used to head up the local affiliate of a national organization one of the parties in the case is trying to defund?

More political correctness from the left. They are trying to silence free speech of groups who will tell the truth about their politics.
This is usually what dems do. Either that or recount, recount, recount until the dem wins. Funny how all those "newly discovered 'lost' ballots" all just happened to be votes for the dem, isn't it?

To these folks, judicial ethics is just a nice sounding word that means little to them but is good camoflage to use on those not paying attention.
Out here in El Paso the mayor over turned a ballot measure that was voted for by over two thirds of the people. So the people started a recall and now the mayor is suing saying the signatures were not obtained in the correct legal manner, he's twice went against the citizens who voted. In other words, Mayor - 2, We the people - 0
