Thanks for posting these videos, SBell! What are our chances of getting Kellen? I have heard it may be between us and Miami. Is there any one else he is seriously looking at?

He'll need to rebound, he committed today making him the tallest player in WMU's 11 or 12 class.

Valid questions.
Watching the highlight tape it's clear Kellen's forte is shooting the ball.
Shooting includes finishing. I didnt see a left hand used on the left side once. Some use off the dribble but nothing finishing on drives or put backs. That just may be the likely ratio of any kids use of a dominant hand with limited film footage.
Tim McCormick may have been an All American in HS and solid at U of M but a journeyman in the NBA. Nothing about him tells me he coddles or shields Kellen from reality. "Dad" knows that "Jr" will need to round out his offensive game being ambidexterous and becoming proficient with his back to the hole. He also knows that you don't trade buckets so defense and rebounding are not options. Kellen "looks" like he is far from fully developing physically. In 12 months he may "look" different. Add to that weight training, playing against better athletes on a daily basis and he should only get better.
