SMU looks pretty legit. Other than a hiccup against A&M, they are looking pretty good. Both Houston and SMU look very good this year.

I still remember him from the Atlantic Falcon days. He is a very good coach. SMU paid a ton for him and it is paying off. SMU now just need to improve their attendance and expand that stadium. I can't imagine why they can't get 50K for a football game in Texas.
That was a dominating performance by SMU. I'm really impressed by our defense and our offense (who smoked the number 2 defense in the nation).
However, we have got to fix our damn attendance issues. It's nauseating..

There is bad blood going back to UCs trip to Hawaii in 2003. I am not a conspiracy theorist but if you watch the tape I'm convinced you're watching a fixed game. At the end of the game there was a fight and it clearly was instigated by thuggish actions of Hawaii players. June in a press conference basically blamed us for it and absolved his team.
He is by a mile my most hated coach in college football, I would even root for Brian Kelly over him.

The school's administration hasn't cared or invested in football since the SWC died. It's too hard to make the claim you implied because of that fact. With time I think we'll be able to at least fill up our stadium consistently. It's a shame that we wont be bringing in Big XII members very often since DFW is full of Big XII intrigue. Oh well, keep winning, keep advertising and pushing the Mustangs brand, and the 25 years of self-induced damage will start to erode.
