I thought that FIU would run the table after beating Louisville.
Then they drop to ULL, Duke and beat Akron (worst team in the MAC by far) by 10 pts. Go back to what you were doing early in the season! It was working!
No FIU, wait at least one more game before you do that. In fact, I wanted to tell you that the City of Jonesboro got up and moved on its own since you were last here. We are now located in the middle of siberia.
It's kind of ironic to a long time (and suffering too) FIU fan to read all these not so positive..or negative posts about our Panthers when we just won a game. Sure, we only put up 27 points on over 520 yards of offense on a hapless team, but the fact is that after 6 games we are 4-2 overall and 1-1 in the SBC. However, I do agree, we need to start scoring points when it counts, and start scoring more TD's...rather than field goals...when we get deep into the opposing team's territory.
We do have our toughest game to date coming up against ASU, especially since it seems everytime we go up there, we get killed. Time to change that pattern Panthers! Expecting another tough game.
