In a story about U-M D-line coach Greg Mattson, and the "horror" of his coaching at N'wstern, this dig at the Broncos from "M-Live.com contributor" Kyle Warber:

"He would discover new horrors in 1982, demoted, and forced to coach Mid-American Conference team Western Michigan."
