We are at the top of almost all offensive categories and at the bottom of almost all defensive categories. If this continues, I think someone could make a mint betting the over in every MAC game NIU plays. CMU came into our game averaging just under 14 points a game in their first 4 games.

what about special teams?
Bottom in kick-off returns, 10th (out of 13) in punt returns, 9th in punting avg., 11th in kick-off coverage.
I think our biggest problem is our D cannot get off the field on 3rd and 4th down. Teams are converting first downs at a 55% clip (45 for 81) on those two downs.

Has there ever been a team that's so bipolar? I've never seen anything like that. Except maybe the Chargers when Dan Fouts was there.

The other team that plays us doesn't even need to bring their punter..
