They are being freed right before Amadinijad speaks to the U.N. Personally, if you go to Iraq/Iran to HIKE, you are on your own. We probably spent millions of dollars trying to get them out. Again, another decision that THEY made. Here is bit of free advice, Don't go to countries that are in politicial turmoil for vacations. Anyone going to Syria, Libya, Somalia, Iraq, Afganistan, Iran, Pakistan etc are on their own. Dumb @$$es.

I really wonder if they were spies. Who plans a hiking trip i Iraq along the boarder with Iran. What Travel agent set that trip up. Well you can hike in the Swiss Alps or for a lot less money you can go o Iraq and hike.

From what I recall readying they were also Jewish. What kind of American Jew would go take a hike along the Iranian border? Better yet, why would anyone want to hike along the Iranian border?

They should have to repay the government for all the costs associated with getting them out. Now they will get a book/movie deal and make millions. The government should put a lein on that money

I hope not. Who would want to see that book or movie? Same as these people that try to balloon around the world. They must cost $ when they have to help them out.
