This has nothing to do with sports but as a young West Virginian who has to fight the hillbilly stereotype all the time, I would like all of you who know nothing of our state to read this article from the Wall Street Journal.

Even though I am from WV I read that article...and she is right it is a beautiful state the only state I've been to compare to the beauty is Hawaii and I have been to most states the only significant one I haven't is Alaska...so it may have some great scenery as well but give me these "country roads" any day.

I agree it has some beautiful landscape. I've been down the New River a few times and it is spectacular. It is a heck of a lot nicer looking than where I live now here in southeast Michigan.
