This is the first year that EMU has played an FCS opponent since 2008!!! Seems like every other MAC team plays at least one per year. Even the B10 is doing it now. Don't criticize EMU's schedule.

The EMU schedule has been TOO tough vis-a-vis the rest of the MAC.
The other Green and White team in MI opened with Youngtowns State.
